Shipping Policy

Where We Ship:
We can ship across the world.
Please note: At this time, we are unable to ship to the United States due to recent changes in import regulations (end of the $800 de minimis exemption).

Processing Time:
Each order is made to order and packed with care. Please allow 10–14 days for processing. We promise—it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Rates:
We offer flat-rate shipping based on location and order size:

Canada: $10 CAD flat rate, free on orders over $100

Shipping is via Canada Post or a comparable local courier.

Local Pickup (Banff/Canmore area):
Yes! If you’re nearby, you can select free local pickup at checkout. We’ll send you pickup details once your order’s ready.

Tracking Info:
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey.

​
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order goes MIA or shows up looking like it tumbled down the side of a mountain, reach out. We'll work with you to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
​​​We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely satisfied:

Exchanges: Available for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

Returns: If there’s an issue with your order, reach out within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Custom & Limited Items: Some items are final sale, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any concerns.
